Our company, Wu'an Lushen Foundry Co., Ltd., is located in the east of Beifengchang Village, Datong Town, Wu'an City. We are a manufacturer and distributor of ductile iron products. The company is a sole proprietorship represented by Qin Yongsheng as the legal representative. Our factory currently employs over 120 people, with a well-structured organization and established management systems. In 2016, our company was officially recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in Announcement No. 33 as a qualified enterprise meeting the "Casting Industry Access Conditions.". Our production facilities have been continuously upgraded. We currently operate two casting workshops, one mold processing workshop, and one cleaning workshop. These include two 8-ton environmentally friendly cupola furnaces (one in operation and one standby). We are currently transitioning to electric furnaces to replace cupola. Through technological upgrades, we have replaced outdated manual molding with three mechanized molding lines and one 80-ton sand processing line. This shift supports better resource utilization and environmental compliance. With advanced processes and complete safety facilities, our products are highly favored by both the market and our clients.

Environmental Protection Rectification Situation

Adhering to the development philosophy of "Integrity, Pragmatism, Green, and Harmony," our company strictly follows the principle of "Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development." We actively carry out environmental improvements across our workshops and factory grounds:

1. Workshop Enclosure. A total area of 7,000 square meters has been enclosed, including 1,000 square meters for the raw material workshop, 5,000 square meters for the molding workshop, and 1,000 square meters for the cleaning workshop.

2. Road Paving: All factory roads (3,200 square meters) have been hardened. We have purchased water sprayers and sweepers, with dedicated personnel assigned to cleaning and dust suppression.

3. Greening: Over 100 poplar and willow trees have been planted within and around the factory area to enhance the local environment.

4. Desulfurization: During trial production, our desulfurization facilities operate 24/7 to ensure emissions compliance. Recent upgrades include the reconstruction of the desulfurization tank and the addition of automatic pH monitoring and alkali dosing equipment. We utilize double-alkali wet desulfurization to strictly meet emission standards.

Continuous Improvement and Maintenance of Environmental Protection Work

Our factory actively implements environmental improvements, having completed workshop enclosures, road hardening, tree planting and greening in the factory area and surrounding areas, and the renovation of desulfurization and dust removal facilities. In the future, we will maintain and continuously improve these rectification achievements to meet environmental protection requirements, ensure compliance with emission standards.
